Can I find used electronics on AliExpress?

Hello all. I have a question that might sound odd to some, but oh well, I didn't know where else to ask. My husband needs a new phone, but he doesn't like new electronics. I don't really understand why - he says he gets mad when new things break, and he prefers using things that are "confirmed" to work well, so basically, used.

Can I find second-hand electronics on AliExpress? Is there anything I should pay attention to when buying used phones?
