What are some must-try foods and drinks while traveling in Europe?

My favorite thing about visiting new places is trying out the local cuisine, so I wanna make sure I don't miss out on any good dishes or drinks on my trip to Europe. I do have a list of some Italian and French cuisine staples, but I need more recommendations. What do people in Europe like to eat and drink that I should sample?

I love Europe, particularly because of its wide variety of unique dishes. Here're a few must-try dishes from a few of my favorite European countries:

Spain
Paella: A rice dish made with saffron, vegetables, and seafood or meat.
Sangria: A refreshing alcoholic drink made with red wine, chopped fruit, and brandy

Germany
Bratwurst: German sausages often served with sauerkraut and mustard
Beer: Germany is renowned for its beer culture so if you like beer, a tasting is a must

Switzerland
Swiss chocolate: Famous for its chocolate, if you have a sweet tooth, you will find this to be heaven

Portugal
Pastel de nata: A creamy custard tart with a  flaky pastry crust, commonly known in English as cream pastries
Port wine: Portugal is famous for its fortified wine such as sweet and rich port
