Is MyUS reliable?

I'm always wary about ordering things online, doesn't matter what the store is. I've heard horror stories of people making big purchases on online stores and getting the wrong products, or not getting anything at all, or stuff being damaged by the time it arrives. Is MyUS insured, and has anyone used MyUS that can promise their stuff came at the right time and in good condition?
